Intro to Midwifery and Doula Training

This 6 day course is held over two weekends—March 3rd–5th, March 17–19th

  • You will receive some foundational knowledge of normal pregnancy, birth and postpartum. 
  • You will learn how to talk with families about their birth dreams and create a postpartum plan.
  • We will discuss tactical ways of integrating this work into your life. 
  • You will receive a Doula Certification Card and feel confident in offering your services as a doula.  

The Birth Class

This is a course for people considering natural birth. This is not a traditional childbirth class, we will talk about the physiology of birth but more importantly the real talk intimate details of how these changes can feel and impact your relationship. Let’s design your Dream Birth.

Plan Your Postpartum

In the Birth Class, we will talk through the realities of the weeks after birth and create a plan that is thoughtful, sacred, and rejuvenating. We talk through the new roles that are needed in the first weeks after the birth, explore our ideas and expectations, and design a solid postpartum plan that gives you the time to relax, heal, and be able to deeply enjoy getting to be with your baby.
